FAQs about sessions:



What if I'm a returning client? Do I receive any sort of discount for that?


Yes - Returning clients receive 20% off of any session (or combo of sessions) if returning within 2 years of the prior session. 


Do you require a deposit before the session?


A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required to lock in your appointment booking. Your remaining balance will be received at the completion of your session. (*Zelle/Venmo/PayPal & ca$h are all accepted forms of payment).


What about cancellations or rescheduling?


Rescheduling your session to another date and time (and transferring your deposit) is acceptable so long as it's done more than 48-hours in advance of your scheduled session. Exceptions are currently being made for positive Covid tests. Cancellation of your session for any reason other than Covid will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 


Do you offer hair and makeup services?


At the moment, no. However, the more I get settled in to Austin, I do plan on offering these services in the future!


When will I receive my photos?


7-10 days from our session (sooner if possible), you'll receive a link to your password-protected viewing gallery. From this gallery, you'll select the images that you'd like retouched. 

*Please anticipate up to 1 full week for retouch-delivery, but note that times vary depending upon my workload, so please inquire about anticipated delivery times. 

Need your photos sooner than that? If my schedule allows, I will be happy to rush your order for an added fee (please inquire). I will send you high-resolution versions of these beautifully retouched images that can be used for both printing and web/social-media uploading.
